Fishing Packages
We are very fortunate to have access to such a variety of high demand freshwater game fish that any angler would be certain to be satisfied with catching one or all of the species that we here at Labrador Caribou Outfitters have to offer. The high quality of Labrador's waters and the great vastness of this unexplored country has created some of the greatest fishing found anywhere. We here at Labrador Caribou Outfitters can create numerous types of fishing packages from the more off the beaten path type of adventures to the more casual style trip for the less aggressive fisherman.
Our fishing packages usually consist of either a 3 day 4 night or a 5 day 6 night stay. We usually unless otherwise preplanned arrangements have been made, conduct our trips from our lodge which is located along the Trans Labrador Highway. You can drive, fly, or travel by way of rail to arrive in Labrador. Our directions page will direct you to a more detailed description of routes and travel methods. Guests that decide to fly or travel by train will be met upon arrival by one of our representatives and taken to our lodge.
We can also put together custom packages at your convenience if it does not conflict with any other pre scheduled packages. We are very flexible and are willing to work with you to put together a fishing package that will meet your requirements.

Weather in Labrador is very unpredictable so one should bring both warm and cold weather clothing.
Gear:
Waders and wading staff
Fish rods and reels
Leader material and extra line - Tapered leaders 4-8 lb. test and 5-8 wt. line
Fly patterns - various streamers, wulffs, nymphs, wooly buggers, mice, mayflies, and caddis
Hook sizes -8 to 16 also a few larger sizes
Spin casting rods and reels spooled with 10 to 20 lb. test line
Heavy swivels and steel leaders
Lures- spoons, rapalas, five of diamonds and daredevil types in various colors and patterns
Misc:

Rates:
The price of our fishing packages are based on a $ 400.00 U.S.D. per person per day fee. Custom packages will be priced accordingly.
Non fishing guests welcome: Our rate for a non fishing member in your party will be $ 150.00 U.S.D. per person to cover the cost of meals and accommodations.
Reservations:
To book a package, we require a Non Refundable deposit of $ 500.00 U.S.D. per person. The remaining balance will be due upon arrival and may be paid in cash, certified or travelers check, personal checks are excepted for deposits only.
Please note : While deposits are Non Refundable they can be used as credit towards a future trip. To book with us please call, write or e-mail stating the number in your party and requested dates.
